Branson Vacation Houses Reservation Procedures

When making a reservation,
a check for 50% of the total for your stay
is required as a reservation deposit.
The check is to be made out to the particular home
you are reserving.
The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival

Valid credit card info is used as security deposit,
or a separate security deposit check for $500.

EXAMPLE:
$3800 weekly rate (includes taxes) plus $150 cleaning fee
$3950 total for your stay

To Make A Reservation:

Call Dave at 636-221-2977
Information you will need to provide:
Address
Phone number
Cell phone number
Valid credit card
E-mail address

After speaking with you,
I will email you a rental agreement for your home and the dates you reserved.
Print the agreement out and send it with your check for reservation deposit.
The reservation deposit check must be received within ten business days.
Reservations made within ten days of the stay will have to be paid in full by credit card.

Please note that once the agreement is sent,
your dates are blocked out for that home from any other interested party
and the reservation is effective immediately.
Any cancellation at that point is subject to cancellation policy.

When your check for the reservation deposit arrives, I will notify you by email.
About the time your remaining balance is due,
I will send you a friendly reminder by email.
When the check for your final payment arrives, I will notify you by email
and include explicit directions to the vacation home,
along with your entry code to the electronic lock.
