now through Jan. 2, 2008 - 3 night min.

Jan. 3 to March 13 - 2 night min.
March 14 to May 22 - 3 night min.
May 23 to Sept. 8 - *week only* (Saturday to Saturday)
Sept. 9 to Jan. 5, 2009 - 3 night min.

$150 cleaning fee
except Eagle View is $125

Holiday rate is an additional $50 per night

Please inquire about pets

No fireworks, profanity, or indoor smoking allowed.
Using fireworks will result in termination of rental agreement, and
guests must vacate the premises immediately and without refund.
If guests smoke indoors, there will be a minimum $300 fee.
(Yes, we can tell.)

1/2 down is required when reservations are made

Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival

Cancellations made at least 60 days prior to scheduled arrival
will be refunded, less a $250 booking fee, after cancelled dates are
rescheduled by another party

Our homes accommodate larger parties.
Due to the advance planning necessary to coordinate such groups,
for cancellations within 60 days or early departure, there is no refund
unless the cancelled dates are rescheduled by another party.

Note: Until confirmed, all rates are subject to change without notice.

Security deposit for any damages or excessive cleaning is required
- valid credit card information is used for this purpose or
a $500 check (fully refundable when no damages are found
or no excessive cleaning is necessary).

Although we do everything possible to make your stay as pleasant
and carefree as possible, we cannot control or be responsible
for the weather or other unforeseen circumstances
which may affect your stay.
