Our Ozark Charm home is designed for families
and groups of up to 20 who want a relaxing
vacation retreat with on-site swimming, yet it is
close to all of Branson's attractions.
Ozark Charm is just ten minutes from the
Branson Landing and less than ten minutes from
the Hwy 76 "Branson strip" with all the live shows
and entertainment.
For fun on Table Rock Lake, this home is just 1/4
mile from the boat launch and lake swimming.
Bring your own boat (parking for water vehicles
provided) or rent one from State Park Marina, less
than five minutes away. For a sand beach area,
Moonshine Beach is just ten minutes away.

surrounded with Ozark cabin decor, yet have
all the modern day amenities.
Upon entering the front door, you are greeted
with the open kitchen / dining / great room
which gives the home a spacious feel. The
kitchen is fully equipped and the island makes
preparing meals convenient. The main level is
handicap accessible and has two bedrooms,
both with their own plasma TV and built in
DVD players, and there are two full bathrooms.
The open stair case leads up to the second level which has two bedrooms and one full bath.
The lower level has three bedrooms, two full baths, and an open family room with more tables for
dining or a friendly game. Sink into one of the two queen pull-out sofas and watch the 50" High
Def TV with DVD player and DVR. The washer and dryer are also located on the lower level.
After a long day of fun, cozy up on the great room pull-out sectional in front of the fireplace and
High Def big screen TV. DVR is provided so you can record your favorite programs while taking
in Branson's many attractions.
Step out on the large deck in back and kick back in the comfy patio chairs while grilling some
meat on the gas grill.
Or use the grill at the club house while you watch the kids play in the zero entry swimming
pool. Or they may want to play in the club house game room or on the playground.
Whether it's a family reunion, wedding anniversary, birthday celebration, or just getting
together to enjoy each other's company while on vacation, this home is ideal for all ages.
